Dining Room: Table with 6 dining chairs, Two bar chairs for island in kitchen.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, All Kitchen Essentials.

Guest ½ Bathroom: Located next to the kitchen.

Access the home through the 2nd floor.

1st Floor

Garage: Two garage doors, Washer/Dryer, Ping Pong Table.

Backyard: Custom built private Sundeck, comfortable outdoor furniture, Italian outdoor string lights, Cornhole.

The property can accommodate 3 standard size vehicles; 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway side-by-side - There is no street parking allowed, as vehicles can be towed.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home.

Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in.

Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock.

PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $148.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet.
