Elegance by the Sea is the setting for every Florida vacation experience. Spread out in 2500sf at this 4BD/2BA private home that is nestled in the heart of Vilano Beach - Fit 10 people spaciously. Take full advantage of the 10-min walk to the beach, 3-min walk to the intracoastal to explore sunsets, 15-min drive to Downtown St. Augustine. Where convenience and high-end comfort meet, Elegance by the Sea.  Elegance by the Sea boasts designer touches, yet functional space throughout the entire home. Between the Dining Room, Living Room, Front Room, Florida Room and to the paved Outdoor Patio, you will certainly find a cozy space to be nestled in during your time on this property. 

THE SPACE

>Master Bedroom: New, king bed with a spacious Master Bathroom including shower, bath, and walk-in closet. 

>Guest Bedroom 1: New, queen bed with closet space - 42 inch smart TV. 

>Guest Bedroom 2: New, queen bed with closet space. -Guest Bedroom 3: New, queen bed with closet space. 

>Guest Bedroom 4: Two new, twin beds with closet space. 

>Front Room: New, queen sofa bed with memory foam from West Elm - 42 inch smart TV.  

The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms have the essentials, so don’t worry about a thing - You are on vacation! As we are located at the beach, we will provide our guests with the Beach Essentials, beach towels, 12x beach chairs, beach umbrella, 4x boogie boards, and 4 sets of snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins - 2x Adult & 2x Child).  

The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.  The Boating Club Public Boat Ramp is located 3-mins from the property. The driveway is boat trailer-friendly **(Contact us prior to bringing your boat for more details) ** 

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home. Smart lock on doors for easy check-in. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. We live right down the street, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out!  Welcome to the beach! No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem!   

PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $189.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet.

All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival.

Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
